2. Bookings & Enrollment
Bookings made through the Book an Appointment page or a course enrollment link are requests for a session or seat; they are confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team by email, phone or WhatsApp.
3. Payments
Course and workshop fees are payable in advance through the payment link provided at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule a booked session or workshop by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. See our Refund Policy for cancellation-related refunds.
