This Refund Policy applies to paid workshops, online courses, coaching sessions and corporate training booked through ZiaOnline.Com – Official Website of Syed Zia ur Rahman.
1. Cancellations by You
If you cancel at least 3 days before a scheduled workshop, session or course start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a free reschedule to the next available batch, at your choice.
2. No-Shows
Fees are non-refundable for no-shows without prior notice.
3. Cancellations by Us
If a session, workshop or course is cancelled or rescheduled by us for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to an alternate date/batch, at your choice.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule, contact us through our Contact page or WhatsApp, quoting your name and the date you enrolled.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the version published on this page applies to bookings made after that update.
